Most beams from the barns in Northeastern Wisconsin are pine, and are either hand-hewn or sawn. Largenotches where another beam was fitted and secured with a wooden peg are common and can either be hidden or shown in your finished product. We clean each beam pulling all visible nails.

Face sizes range from as small as 8 x 8’s to 12 x 12’s. Lengths vary but must be purchased in increments of two feet beginning with eight feet. Whatever your building needs, you will discover the strength in the style and character of an original barn beam.
